* All of the recipes made in our cooking classes and parties are free of refined sugar, artificial ingredients, wheat, and cow dairy. They are made with fresh, all natural, and organic ingredients. Our recipes are vegan and vegetarian friendly.

How Does it Work?

There are three set classes to choose from, including the Chocolate Lover’s Class, the Natural Beauty Care Class and the Gunk-Free Favourites Class. You have the option to choose from one of our three set classes, or create your own.

Our classes are conducted in “station-style”. Each participant is in charge of one or two stations, and everyone works together, as a group, to create a delicious feast, which is enjoyed at the end of the class.

  1. Gather a group of friends and/or family and choose a date for your class.
  2. Choose the type of class you would like from the list below or customize your own (for custom parties we work with you to create your perfect menu).
  3. Choose a location for your class (your home kitchen or an outside venue).

A delicious and beautifying whole-food “spa” day.
This class teaches you both how to heal from the inside out, as well as the outside in. Get your hands right in the action, and create your very own natural beauty care products to take home.
