Shannon Kadlovski, BA, CNP – Certified Nutritionist and Healthy Lifestyle Specialist.
Shannon is a well sought-after public speaker, and leads a variety of fun and educational corporate wellness programs, workshops and hands-on classes. She is the author of “Get the Gunk Out: Simple Healthy Habits, Life Changing Results”, and has written health and wellness articles for a variety of magazines including, the Huffington Post, Tonic, and Naturally Savvy. She is also the nutrition expert and community producer for “Healthy Helpings” on Rogers TV. Shannon is a faculty member at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where she teaches “Holistic Food Preparation”. Shannon is the founder of the “Gunk-Free Project”, a revolution dedicated to making healthy living simple and accessible for all. She believes that making small, realistic changes to your diet and lifestyle can have a powerful, positive impact on the quality of your life.
Deanna Harris, BA, CNP – Head Cooking Coach
Deanna Harris is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She also has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Deanna is passionate about nutritious food and dedicated to helping her clients achieve optimal health while developing lifelong healthy habits. Deanna likes to get creative in the kitchen and develop allergy friendly dishes. She is excited to teach others about the benefits of whole foods. Deanna is our head cooking coach, and she is excited to get cooking with you.
Emily Sawyer, CNP – Head Nutritional Consultant
Emily Sawyer, CNP, believes in living a balanced life and including real foods into your diet. While working in education during her studies at Conestoga College, Emily saw a connection between food and child development. She knew something had to be done about the lack of education around healthy, wholesome food. Eager to learn more, she went on to study at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she received the designation of Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Emily is our head nutritional consultant, and will work with you to create a plan that suits your individual needs.
